Timeline of Ownership:
 

  • 1947 The Sperling Family started the business.

  • April 1, 1986 Larry Soldwish purchased the company from the Sperling Family.

  • May 15, 2003 D. Bryan Parker purchased the company from Larry Soldwish

  • March 28, 2014 A four person team of local mechanical construction experienced individuals purchased the company from D. Bryan Parker
